If you are not satisfied and would like to return a product, all we ask is that you follow these simple steps.
1. First notify us of your intention to return your product within six months (180 days) days of receiving your order. You can do this by either calling our Returns Department, toll-free, at (866) 778-2646, ext. 3, or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Once we have been notified you can mail the unused product (or at least the empty container) to the address below. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice or packing slip, and include a brief description of the reason you are returning the item.
3. Once your return has been received and processed we will refund your full purchase price, including domestic shipping charges (sorry, international shipping charges are not refundable). Refunds are issued in the same manner used to make the original purchase (i.e., credit card, check) if submitted within 3 months. After 3 months credit card refunds cannot be issued via our merchant gateway, and instead will be refunded via check. Refunds are issued within 24-hours of receipt of the returned item and will appear as a credit on your next card statement.
